MARK TWAIN AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN MASONIC AWARENESS

The Masonic Information Center requires that Lodges interested in participating in the 2009 Twain Award competition complete and submit the REGISTRATION TO PARTICIPATE form by June 1, 2009. A copy of this form should be included with your entry that is due December 1, 2009

REGISTRATION TO PARTICIPATE confirmations must by TYPED, not handwritten. Forms may be submitted via email or fax.
