Orders should be received at MSA at least three weeks prior to show-date (an alternative date should be specified at time of ordering; see Order Form). All audiovisuals are color unless black/white is specified. Audiovisuals should be returned within four days after show-date. When ordering audiovisuals, providing a UPS address (i.e. street or rural route address) is essential! UPS deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box.
