OVERVIEW OF ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
The essential ingredient to completing an entry for the Mark Twain Masonic Awareness Competition is the entry binder containing the elements listed below. Assemble the entry binder with care, reflecting the overall quality of the lodge’s Twain Award performance.
Each lodge will submit the following information in the entry binder:
- Entry form
- 100-word typed summary
- 3- to 4-page typed description
- Appendices
- Supporting documentation

SUBMISSION DATE AND INFORMATION:
All entries must be received at Masonic Information Center (MIC) on or before December 1, 2008 in order for the entry to be considered. Because of the necessary review process, no extensions can be granted.
Make sure your completed entry binder includes:
- Entry form
- 3- to 4-page typed description body (2 copies)
- 100-word typed summary (2 copies)
- Appendices
- Supporting documentation

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- Because of anticipated volume, your binder and support documentation CANNOT be returned.
- Please do not send originals that cannot be replaced if lost or damaged in transit.
- Respect copyright laws.
- Clearly print lodge name and address on each item.
- Send entry binder via trackable service (FedEx, UPS, Priority Mail, or other).
